Glutafin Select Cake Mix

This easy-to-use mix is ideal for making sponges and gives you sweet success every time. One box makes 2 cakes so there's plenty to go around! This product is fortified with calcium and requires egg to complete the recipe.

Ingredients
Wheat starch*, sugar, whey protein (from cow's milk), raising agents: glucono-delta-lactone, sodium bicarbonate; calcium carbonate, stabilisers: guar gum, pectin; dried glucose syrup, niacinamide, iron powder, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, pyridoxine hydrochloride.
