This easy-to-use mix is ideal for making sponges and gives you sweet success every time. One box makes 2 cakes so there's plenty to go around! This product is fortified with calcium and requires egg to complete the recipe.

Wheat starch*, sugar, skimmed milk powder, dried glucose syrup, raising agents: sodium hydrogen carbonate, glucono-delta-lactone; thickeners: guar gum, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose:  calcium carbonate, folic acid.
