The Select Fibre Mix is rich in calcium, with added beet fibre for a nutty taste and fibre texture. It comes with a sachet of yeast and is ideal for baking fruit cakes, breads, pastry, tray bakes, biscuits, pancakes and sauces.

This product is rich in calcium and a daily serving (eg. 4 slices of bread made with Glutafin mix) provides the RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance) of calcium.
