Based on a blend of gluten-free and wheat-free starches, this mix comes with a sachet of yeast. It's suitable for making bread, cakes, pastry, biscuits, sauces and pancakes.

Maize starch, potato starch, thickeners: powdered cellulose, guar gum, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, xanthan gum; whey protein concentrate, rice flour, modified tapioca starch, dried glucose syrup, soya flour, calcium carbonate, salt, folic acid.
